JavGun respects copyright. We don't host any videos: everything on the Site is embedded from third-party sites. We will still remove any listing or embed that infringes your rights once we receive a valid notice.

For the fastest result, also contact the site that hosts the video. Removing it there takes it down everywhere it is embedded, including here.

Sending a notice

Email [email protected] with:

• Your name, address, phone number and email address.
• The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The full URL of each page on JavGun you want removed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to process valid notices within 2 business days. Incomplete notices may be delayed.

Counter-notices

If you believe something was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringement

We remove listings from sources that repeatedly infringe, and close accounts of repeat infringers.
